Equipped with the Calibre MB 29.19 with a highly functional manufacture complication developed in-house by Montblanc, the Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie Dual Time displays both the local time and the time in the home time zone in an easy and intuitive way. The home time is displayed in 12-hour format by the blue home time hand and a rhodium-plated minute hand. A 24-hour subdial at 12 o’clock indicates whether it is day or night in the home location. When travelling, the local time – indicated by the rhodium-plated hour hand – can be easily adjusted in one-hour increments in either direction using the crown in the second position, while the central minute and small seconds at 6 o’clock continue to move normally. With the local time linked to the date, this watch is also a reliable companion when crossing the International Date Line.
